Arnold Trevilla attended High School in South
Florida where he excelled in debate and speech.
Following High school Mr. Trevilla attended the
University of Florida where he went on to Graduate
with High Honors. He attended the University of
Florida Law School where he graduated with a Juris
Doctorate. During law school Mr. Trevilla focused
on criminal law, criminal Procedure, trial skills
and trial advocacy.
Mr. Trevilla worked as a CLI for the 8th Circuit
State Attorney’s Office where he tried several
cases. After Law School he worked for the Public
Defenders office for 7 years. During that time
he represented thousands of people charged with
Criminal offenses. He spent over two years focusing
on DUI cases alone and acted as a training attorney
in DUI cases where he taught young lawyers how
to defend a DUI. Mr. Trevilla is a member of the
National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys
and Florida Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys.
He also serves on the Eleventh Circuit Grievance
Committee which reviews Bar complaints filed against
Attorneys. He is also Member of Florida Bar and
Federal Bar for the Southern District, Member
of the US 11th Circuit Court of Appeals Member
of the United States Supreme Court.
